March Regional Coordinated Entry Assessor Training

LSS StreetWorks invites you to a regional Coordinated Entry Assessor and data entry training. While there is no cost to attend this valuable training, registration is required, and space is limited.

This is a two-part training. We will provide Coordinated Entry Assessor training from 1:00pm-3:00pm followed by HMIS data entry training from 3:00pm-4:00pm. You are welcome to join us for one or both sessions.

The Coordinated Entry initiative helps match families and individuals with housing needs to appropriate housing resources. The training will include an overview of Coordinated Entry and its history, explain how the assessment and referral process works, and provide direction on best practices for conducting a trauma-informed assessment.
Participants will gain a full understanding of the Coordinated Entry process across the metro region, gain confidence in completing an assessment, and become empowered to be an integral part of the coordinated entry system for youth, singles, and families.
In addition to completing this training, all assessors must contact each Continuum of Care (CoC) in which they plan to provide assessments using the contact information below to register as/apply to be an assessor:
